# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sixfoldla.com and any purchase you make from Sixfold ("Sixfold," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Our [Privacy Policy](/policies/privacy-policy), [Refund Policy](/policies/refund-policy), and [Shipping Policy](/policies/shipping-policy) are part of these Terms.
## 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
## 2. Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know at info@sixfoldla.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
## 3. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and minor variations in fabric, dye, and finish are normal. Measurements are approximate; please see our [Size Guide](/pages/size-guide).
We may change, limit, or discontinue products at any time.
## 4. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, including after an order is placed. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. By submitting payment, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.
## 5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale, quantity limits, or errors. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
To change or cancel an order, email info@sixfoldla.com within 12 hours of ordering. We can't change or cancel orders that have already shipped.
## 6. Shipping, returns, and refunds
We ship within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. Shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
## 7. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes are subject to the terms stated with them, may expire, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. We may cancel codes that are misused.
## 8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Sixfold name and logo, designs, photography, graphics, and text, belongs to Sixfold or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
## 9. Acceptable use
Please don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, buy products for unauthorized resale using automated tools, or submit false information.
## 10. Your submissions
If you send us feedback, reviews, or photos, or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with Sixfold. We'll ask before featuring images of you. You confirm you have the right to share what you submit.
## 11. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
## 12. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
## 13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sixfold will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
## 14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sixfold harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
## 15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and Sixfold consent to their jurisdiction.

## 16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "Last updated" date above. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when they were placed.
## 17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Sixfold regarding the site and your purchases.
